Conference Hotel: The Graduate Hotel, 4507 Brooklyn Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105
Conference Registration Check-In:
Sunday Night Reception: Kick off PCAPLA 2026 at Big Time Brewery and Alehouse, 4133 University Way NE. PCAPLA will host pizza and drinks from 7:00-9:00 p.m., at a short walking distance from the hotel.
Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the room reservation but is available for purchase at the hotel cafe or other nearby locations.
Dress: Conference attire is casual or business casual. The weather will be mild with cool evenings and the possibility of light precipitation. Some events will be outdoors and include walking/standing, like the tours and law school fairs and the 0.3 mile walk from the Graduate Hotel to the University of Washington School of Law. Dress for comfort.

Conference Registration Check-In:
- Sunday, May 31, 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Hotel Lobby
- Monday, June 1, 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.: Hotel Lobby
- **Those arriving at other times, ask for Freya Hurtado before the bus leaves in the morning or upon arrival at a law school to check in and receive your conference materials.

Bus: Most of us will be traveling by bus to our first day at Seattle University Law School. Please be mindful and prompt, so we may respect the conference schedule. The bus will not wait for stragglers, and anyone left behind will be responsible for their own transportation. Based on conference registration, the bus is at capacity. Please confirm upon conference registration check-in whether you will be on the bus.

- Parking: To reserve parking at Seattle University, click on the following link the morning of the event: https://www.offstreet.io/events/JRPBQLW1 and enter your vehicle license plate. Note: This is a virtual parking permit which will allow you to park in any guest lot on the SU campus. See the campus map to locate nearby lots (“P1” and “P3” on the First Hill Campus map are closest to Sullivan Hall “SLLH”).

- Parking: Closest parking is lot N01 -the Burke Museum lot. Law school located directly south of N01. Pay-by-plate, $5/hour or $21/daily. Backup lot - W46, one block west of Graduate Hilton. Also pay-by-plate.
- Parking Map: Linked Here (Note: lot N05 looks like next closest lot after N01, but is restricted during daytime hours.)
- Network: Event Wi-Fi will be set up for our visit, but you can also find information for UW guest wifi options here.
